I would like the first image to be the background of all the Menu Buttons. But I would like the color of the background of the Menu Buttons to be like the banner's background if anybody could. I would like the second image to be at the left of every button kinda pointing at the words if you get what I mean, thanks.

Depending on the word the width will need to be a little longer, for example like 'calendar' is a longer word than 'home' it will need to be a little wider or the text will need to be smaller.
