Please tell me if this is not okay, and I will try my best to find the right colours.

In the banner, please have the 'times are changing we have to change with them' in a smaller font below the main writing.

Glad you like it.

To put in the on/off icons go to Admin, Skin/Forum Colors, click on Customized Images, then Continue, Under the heading 'folders' you'll see two folders one with a blue ball and one with a gray ball.
The blue ball means the new/on icon.
The gray ball means the old/off icon.
Put the links there.

You can also go all the way down where it says Misc Icons, that's where you put the info center icons.
The cake icon is for the - birthday
The computer - users online
THe calendar - Events
The white bubble with an 'i' is for the - Info icon
