Yea Muffy has permission to put her requests in the chill factor area because the request forum doesn't work for her. (I always move the requests though to the appropriate spot)

Muffy, as the rules state you can only request a skin every two months. Your last request was Oct 24, you'll have to wait until Dec 24 to request a new skin.

Maybe once I have more active graphic designers I'll be able to have it down to 1 month, but right now it's going to have to be two.

However, after I finish the skin requests before yours and if I have extra time to fill yours, I'll see what I can do....
