BG Description: I dunno. whatever looks good. Black is fine if nothing looks good.

Gradients or Head/base images?: black and brown gradient, Whatever looks good
Info Center Icons: Text only unless you have any good ideas.
On/off icons: pretty small, dark, grungy.
Forum Width: 750 px

That's looking pretty nice. 2 things though. Would you mind making it so the rats aren't red on the banner? I don't want them to look evil. Also, the background pic for the banner is kinda blurry and hard on the eyes.
